Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of ATF Black Belt Academy. ("Sponsor"), Norwegian Cruise Line LTD, and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, retail locations and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to the ATF Black Belt Academy Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER:
Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on January 1, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on December 31, 2009 (the "Entry Period"), visit http://www.atfacademy.com, click on the promotion button and complete an entry form. When you enter the Sweepstakes, you can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses used, during each day of the Promotion Period (with a day defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01AM PT and; ending at 11:59:59PM PT). Additional entries received from any person or e-mail address during any one day of the Sweepstakes will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. You must enter the "scratch off" access code provided in the drawing card received by a random direct mailing program to random postal codes in the State of Nevada. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor.

DRAWINGS:
One (1) potential Grand Prize, three (3) potential First Prize and ten (10) potential Second Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 31, 2010 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2009. The drawing will be conducted by an ATF Certified Black Belt Instructor. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, proof of Nevada residence and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, time permitting and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is at least 18 but considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

PRIZES:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of two (2) Cruise Tickets redeemable for travel on a Norwegian Cruise Line ("NCL") Freestyle. The winner will have his/her choice of any three (3) day NCL cruise departing from and returning to a U.S. port that can be completed by January 31, 2011. Ships' Registry: Bahamas and United States of America. A list of eligible cruises will be provided to winner. Travel may be booked any time after receipt of Guest Cruise Tickets. Cruise travel must be completed by January 31, 2011 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Specific Cruise reservation date availability will be provided at time of booking with NCL. Accommodations consist of one (1) oceanview stateroom, standard double occupancy. The winner will be provided with Cruise Tickets and booking instructions and will be subject to all of the applicable Terms and Conditions contained in the Ticket Contract. Changes in booked travel are subject to NCL's cancellation policy. Failure to comply with all terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize. THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: $1,500 ATF Black Belt Academy; Black Belt Club Membership Certificate. ARV: $1,500 each. TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: $250 ATF Black Belt Academy; Entry Level Beginner Membership Certifica1te. ARV: $250 each. Membership Certificates are subject to certain Terms and Conditions specified by issuer. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Sponsor will provide Grand Prize winner with an IRS Form 1099 for actual value of prize. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household. All expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, transportation to and from embarkation/disembarkment point, gratuities, airport transfers, ground transportation, airport parking, and any on board expenses or special shore excursions associated with the trip are the sole responsibility of the winners. Air transportation may be arranged at winner's cost through NCL Air/Sea Program or with a travel service of winner's choice. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner and guest must travel together on the same cruise itinerary and share a stateroom. If winner is under 21 years of age, he/she is considered a minor by NCL and must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a guest 21 years or older who expressly agrees to be responsible for the winner throughout the Cruise. Guest must sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers and is not responsible if the Cruise is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled, entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or web site or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by any non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its sole discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, NCL, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retail locations and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
